I'm not a fan of privacy policies written by lawyers for lawyers. Here's a plain-English explanation of how I handle your information.

The Short Version

I collect the minimum information needed to help you with your tech problems. I don't sell your data, I don't spam you, and I don't share your information with anyone except the services that help me run this website.

When you fill out the contact form, I receive your name, email, phone (if provided), and message. This goes through Formspree, a form processing service. I use this information to respond to your inquiry and potentially follow up about services.

Live Chat

The chat widget is powered by Tawk.to. When you use it, they collect your messages and basic browser information to enable the chat. I can see what you type and respond in real-time or later.

General Browsing

This website uses:

Google Fonts - To display text nicely. Google may collect anonymous usage data.
Google Maps - On the contact page to show my service area. Google's privacy policy applies.
Cloudflare - Hosts this website and provides security. They log standard web traffic data.

What I Don't Do

I don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone
I don't use tracking cookies for advertising
I don't send marketing emails unless you ask me to
I don't share your information with third parties for their marketing

Your Rights

You can ask me to delete any information I have about you at any time. Just reach out and I'll take care of it. If you've chatted with me through Tawk.to or submitted a form, I can delete those records too.
